Know your Side Menu on your PLATO School Website

How to log in to your PLATO School Website CMS.

Step 1.

On any page of your website scroll down to the footer of the page and click “ADMIN LOGIN”

Step 2.

When the login screen appears enter your username (can be your email address) and password. If you do not have these yet you can request them from your project manager at Blue Apple Education – [email protected].

Step 1.

The sidebar on your dashboard has all the links needed to update and maintain your PLATO website.

Step 2.

The second accordion is for Pages, where you can view all existing and/or add new ones.

Step 3.

The next accordion is for Newsfeed, where you can view all existing news posts, add new, manage categories, and sort the order.

Step 4.

The next accordion is for Newsletters, where you can view all existing news posts, add new, manage categories, and sort the order.

Step 5.

The next accordion is for Vacancies, where you can view all existing news posts, add new, manage categories, and sort the order.

Step 6.

The next accordion is for Events, where you can view all existing news events, add new, and manage tags (not used).

Step 7.

The next accordion is for Media Files, where you can view all existing media files (images, videos, audio, etc…), upload new, or replace existing.

  • Library
  • Add New
  • Replace media
  • Categories (NOT USED)

Step 8.

The next accordion is for the Use-Your-Drive module, where you can view usage reports (downloads, etc…) of the Google Drive module where Policies and Documents are stored, use the shortcode builder to embed the module into pages (only for accordions/tabbed content), or use the File Browser to view, add and manage files directly in the website dashboard.
