How to log in to your PLATO School Website CMS.
On any page of your website scroll down to the footer of the page and click “ADMIN LOGIN”
When the login screen appears enter your username (can be your email address) and password. If you do not have these yet you can request them from your project manager at Blue Apple Education – [email protected].
Getting to know the main dashboard of your PLATO School Website.
Once you are logged in and at the main DASHBOARD you will see that you have a sidebar and the quick links to manage and update all areas of your PLATO School Website.
The first panel will take you to our Website Ticket Support in BASECAMP. Here you can raise any support requests directly with our support team.
The next panel will take you to all your website PAGES where you can edit, create, delete and publish pages.
The third widget will take you to your MEDIA LIBRARY where you can upload and manage images, PDFs, archives, sounds, etc…
This widget will take you to your NEWS POSTS dashboard to edit, create, delete and publish news.
This widget will take you to your NEWSLETTERS dashboard to edit, create, delete and publish newsletters.
This widget will take you to your EVENTS dashboard to edit, create, delete and publish events.
This widget will take you to your VACANCIES dashboard to edit, create, delete and publish vacancies.
This widget will redirect you to GOOGLE DRIVE to edit, upload, delete and rename policies and other files (photography, videos, etc…).
