How to log in to your PLATO School Website CMS.

Step 1.

On any page of your website scroll down to the footer of the page and click “ADMIN LOGIN”

Step 2.

When the login screen appears enter your username (can be your email address) and password. If you do not have these yet you can request them from your project manager at Blue Apple Education – [email protected].

How to add a new job vacancy to your website.

It is recommended that all relevant documents are uploaded into the media library before creating the post.

Step 1.

In the Dashboard click Vacancies

Step 2.

Click Add new

Step 3.

Click Use Divi Builder

Step 4.

Click in Load from Library to select the vacancy template

Select Vacancy Page Layout followed by Use this Layout

Step 5.

Application form module, change the Text Title to suit (application form, job description, etc…)

In the same module update the Module Link to the file uploaded previously to Media Library or Google Drive.

Duplicate the module if applicable.

Step 6.

IMPORTANT! Add Excerpt (a small description about the post/page) and Featured Image to every Vacancy, Page or Post.

That’s it!

When everything is set press Publish to list the vacancy.
